Crafting New Heritage
Zenica City Museum presents an exhibition that celebrates the fusion of local heritage and traditions with contemporary design.
The exhibition will highlight the work of craftspeople and designers who have explored the rich cultural heritage of Bosnia and Herzegovina through MADE IN residencies. These collaborations bring together crafts such as gold-embroidery, woodcarving, and clay painting with new techniques and fresh perspectives; traditional motifs and materials like metal, clay, and wood are re-imagined, creating a seamless connection between past and present.
